ABOUT ME
I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor and registered member of the BACP. I have a BA (Hons.) degree in Social Science and a level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. During my professional life, I have worked in publishing, in schools and also in the voluntary sector. I trained to be a counsellor later in life after raising my children. I have several years counselling experience, with additional training in specific areas, as well as personal life experience.

I believe building a trusting relationship is key to supporting you through a difficult period of your life. Most of us find ourselves at a point in life when we feel unable to solve our personal problems on our own. Your wellbeing is my priority and I will offer you respect and dignity as I help you deal with a difficult time of your life.

If you have relationship problems, feel burdened with life, have feelings of anxiety, depression, grief, overwhelm, frustration, fear or loneliness, you are not alone. I will listen without judging and provide you with a safe, accepting time and space to help you explore ways to move towards a better experience of life, to self acceptance, peace, and flourishing.
